Prior to joining Nassau CorAmerica LLC, Mr. Pascual managed three shopping centers totaling ~150k sf in the greater San Diego area and was responsible for bid-contracting, collections, tenant relationships, and administrative work. In addition to his property management experience, Mr. Pascual worked as a financial analyst intern at Oak Pass Capital and created marketing material, downloaded market data for property acquisitions, and performed underwriting/due diligence for potential deals. Currently, he serves as the senior analyst at the Los Angeles office. Mr. Pascual is responsible for providing analytical support to upper management and assisting in underwriting, investor relations, asset management, and financial reporting. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2014 with a B.A. in Economics and is currently getting an MBA at UCLA Anderson.
